Sartorius...

The Sartorius is the longest muscle in the body.  It is a hip flexor, rotator, and abductor, as well as a flexor of the knee.

The Sartorius gets its name, ostensibly, from the famous cross-legged position a tailor would take when sitting to work.  The word Sartorial, in Latin, means "having to do with tailoring," while sartor means "tailor."
